How do I order?

Ordering is easy – simply choose the grazer you would like, select a size and add it to your cart. Don’t forget to include copy for your complimentary card and let us know about any special dietary needs or delivery instructions in the Special notes section of your order. Finally Checkout and you are done!

How much is delivery

Delivery is based on your suburb/postcode. We have a full list of postcodes /suburbs and their delivery prices on our website.

What time do you deliver

Our deliveries take place between 10am-3pm each day. Alternatively you can pickup from our store in Essendon North

What happens if the recipient is not home

We will try and contact either you or the recipient. So it’s a good idea to include the recipients phone number. We will do our best to make contact. However if we can’t make contact and we feel it is safe to do so, we will leave your gift and let you know we have. We take photos of all deliveries in case you need to see where we have left it.

What happens next?

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email and copy of your tax invoice.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

Wherever possible we will accommodate dietary needs such as Gluten Free, Vegetarian. Please note however, we are not a Gluten Free kitchen and therefore there is a risk of cross contamination.

Please make any dietary requests in the Special Notes section when you order.

Can I request a specific delivery time

If you do need your delivery by a specific time it is best to call us and discuss. This gives us some forewarning and most often we can accommodate. We will do our best to meet your delivery request, however on particularly busy days it is not always possible.

If you need it by a specific time, pickup from our store in Essendon North might be a better option for you.

What time can I pickup?

Pickups are between 10am-12 noon each date.

I forgot to add a card -what can I do

Please email us your order number and the copy for the card

What if I have included the wrong address?

Please email us your order number and the correct address and we will change it for you.

Can I cancel my order

Cancellation Policy:

At Taylor Made Gourmet, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience when placing online orders. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your order. While we're here to accommodate your needs, we kindly request that you take note of our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Fee:

Any cancellations made after the order is placed will incur an administrative fee of $7.50. This fee helps us cover the processing and operational expenses involved in handling your order, ensuring that we can continue to provide our services efficiently.

Cancellation Process:

To initiate a cancellation, please reach out to us via email [email protected] as soon as possible. We will guide you through the process and assist with any questions or concerns you may have.

Refund Process: Upon cancellation, we will process your refund for the order total, minus the $7.50 administrative fee. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

How much notice do you need for orders

Orders close at 5pm each day for next day delivery or until we are at capacity. Weekends are very busy and often book out by Thursday.

You can order up to 8 weeks in advance.
